Orders must be placed by 3pm the day before delivery - if you do want to order for the same day or have missed the 3pm cut off, please contact us by phone to check for availability.

Please note that your order has only been accepted if you receive a confirmation email direct from Trenchers, we aim to reply within a few hours if within trading hours.

Cancellations can only be accepted if made 24hours before delivery or if agreed by Trenchers outside if this time period.

Deliveries will be made between 10:00am and 12:30pm unless previously agreed.

Occasionally, due to seasonal variation or availability we may have to substitute certain items with items of a similar or higher value.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days.

Late payments will be subject to collection fees and interest as prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 2002.
